Go to Settings→ Email

  1. First option is to enter the email address which will be either used for sending invoices or it will be used as in CC. From the same step, you can remove any unused email address(es).
  2. Second option is to create a template email which will be sent with your invoices. To make this default template personal, TheNextInvoice has added different “tags”. When these “tags” are used in a template, they automatically change to the correct information. For example; {company name} changes to the company name selected in the customer database. {Invoice number} is automatically filled in so that the sequence is correct. Etc.
  3. In the third step, you can specify the attachment template which can be easily added to your invoices as well.
  4. Click on “Save” to save all made changes. These steps are the same for all email templates.
