You can book days that have been counted and confirmed as many times as you like. However, you want to avoid double bookings in your accounting software. That is why Kassatellen.nl always indicates whether a day has already been booked or not. These indicators are easily accessible in your Balancebook menu.

Only the days that have been confirmed by the Manager/Owner can be booked and transferred to the bookkeeping software. If the day has only been counted, the system will not show the option for booking the same day. At the same time, only Managers/Owner have the permissions to book a day.

When the day has been booked, an icon of the linked bookkeeping software will become active, next to the counted day, indicating the status of the same. If there is any error present, it will be shown when hovering over the icon of the booking software.


Confirmed days are not being transferred/booked?

Despite counting the days correctly and confirming them in the cashbook, it may sometimes happen that you are unable to book a day into your accounting system. Kassatellen.nl will always give an immediate notification when attempting to book a day that fails to transfer. The notification comes directly from the accounting software that you have linked.

If you do not understand the notification or do not know how to resolve the issue, it is advisable to contact the provider of your accounting software.
