You have counted your days or have confirmed
them in the Kassatella but have noticed that
the information entered is incorrect?
No need to worry about this since we
now offer an option for you to reopen your
days, once they have been counted and even
confirmed by the Owner or Administrator.
You can reopen multiple days from
the balance book or each individually, for
which you believe that has been counted wrong,
for single or several cash registers linked to
your Kassatella account.
In order to reopen your counted or
confirmed day, go to Balancebook, locate the
date which you want to reopen and click on the
additional options next to that date, then
choose Reopen.
Important note: only
Managers and Owner of the account can reopen
counted/confirmed days. If you have an
Employee permission, you will not be able to
perform this, once you have finished with
counting your day.
