You might notice that some days are missing when you look at your accounting records. Before jumping to any conclusions, it's important to ask yourself whether you actually expect to have transactions for every single day. For instance, if your business was closed on certain days, it's normal not to have any entries for those days.
Checking the Balancebook
First, check in your Balancebook if all days are confirmed. Confirmed counted days in the Balancebook should have a green check mark at the end. Note: if you work with multiple cash registers, make sure to check this for all of them.
Book your days again
Go to booking proposals and select the days that have not been booked. When you choose to post them to the accounting software, a popup appears with the message that it has (1) succeeded or (2) the days have already been booked. In the latter case, it is advisable to carefully check the accounts to prevent duplicate bookings.
Enable auto-booking
To ensure that all confirmed days are automatically booked in the accounting software, you can enable the “auto-booking” option. This can be done by navigating to Settings → Integrations → Your accounting software and toggling on the “auto-booking” feature. This way, you can avoid having to manually book the days in the future.
