When you want to reset your Kassatellen account password, we send you a link via email, which you can use to set a new password.
If you haven't received the password reset link after requesting it, it may be due to one of the following reasons, described below.
Inactive account
We always advise making sure that your account is activated. When you create your or user's account, we send an automatic email which contains an activation link. It is important to follow that link, in order to activate a particular account and make it functional.
Email ends in your spam folder
It's possible that the email containing the reset link has ended up in your spam folder. This could be due to your email provider having strict spam filters. Therefore, it's always a good idea to check your spam folder in case the email was redirected there.
