You might notice that some days are missing from your accounting records. Days on which no revenue was generated will not appear in your accounting software. If days with revenue are missing, you can troubleshoot and resolve the issue yourself by following these steps:

Check the Cashbook

First, check in the Kasboek (Cashbook) whether all days with revenue have been confirmed. Confirmed days are indicated by a green check mark at the end of the entry line.

Please note: If you operate multiple cash registers, make sure to check this for each individual register.

Re-book the missing days

In the Kasboek, select the days that have not been booked yet. Click the three dots at the end of the top red bar and select Book. You will receive one of the following notifications:

  • The days were successfully booked: The missing days have now been processed.
  • The days have already been booked: In this case, please check your accounting software for potential duplicate entries.

Enable auto-booking

Prevent manual errors and duplicate entries by enabling auto-booking. You can activate this feature in the settings of your accounting integration.

Please note: You can configure this setting directly within your own accounting software, not in Kassatellen.nl.
